Geoplex attended the 2019 Offshore Technology Conference which commenced on the 6th of May and ended on the 9th at NRG Park, Houston Texas, USA. The conference was filled with over 15,281 attendees from outside the United States who came to exhibit their products and services OTC is an annual global event that brings energy professionals to meet and exchange ideas that advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters.
This year's conference spanned more than 564,000 square feet, with major equipment installations, holograms and interactive displays actively engaging 59,200 attendees from over 100 countries. More than 2,300 exhibiting companies from 40-plus countries showcased the future of offshore activities. There were 328 new exhibitors, and international companies made up 52% of total exhibitors. Geoplex exhibited under the Nigerian Pavilion organized by PETAN. Among the dignitaries that visited our booth was Engr. Rabiu Bello, NNPC Chief Operation Officer and PETAN President , Mr Bank Anthony Okoroafor who was impressed with Geoplex growth as a foremost local company promoting Local Content in the industry. The four-day event offered us the opportunity to showcase our products and services especially the recent additions to our portfolios such as coil tubing, completion services etc.

The Geoplex team included the Managing Director, Engr. Wole Ogunsanya, Geoplex Sales Manager Olakunle Dosumu and Mr. Kazeem Bakre who met with several OEMs companies to build stronger alliances for the company and high-level networking.
